Today austin and i helped mom out in the kitchen. we sliced a bazillion cantaloupe's for drying. the garden had 4 melons ready today and we still had a big bowl of cantaloupe in the fridge. so like i said we are drying them to be little fruit snacks. i'm excited to see how they turn out!! well after 30 HOURS!!! wow!!
after the melon i helped dice peppers and tomatoes for salsa canning. that was one messy job. the tomatoes were really juicy and the juice would squirt on to me and it was funny to see.
austin helped mom pickle jalapenos. it smelled really good. i know austin is excited to try them!! =)
well i am really tired and can hardly concentrate on what i am writing right now... oh man... i am tired.
